  • 24x7x2 (Technician come to the location within 2 hours from the call. Available 24 hours, every day including holidays)
  • 24x7x4 (Technician come to the location within 4 hours from the call. Available 24 hours, every day including holidays)
  • 9x5x4 (Technician come to the location within 4 hours from the call. Available from 8:00am until 17:00. Monday through Friday, holidays not included. If the call is made after 13:00, it is possible that technican arrives the next morning).
  • 9x5/next working day (Technician arrives at location within the next day after the call has been made. Service from 8:00am until 17:00, Monday through Friday, not including holidays.)
  • Arrival at location at no cost.
  • Preventive maintenance


Extra parts ? as a part of BBS locations, there is a warehouse of extra parts, which enables fast change in the case there is a need for one. If, by a chance, we do not have the needed part (whether it is an IBM/Lenovo part or not), we are able to get it really fast by ordering it through our various supply chain networks.
